Exit Strategy

A clearly defined exit strategy is the single most important element of any bridging loan application. We need to understand — and be confident in — how you intend to repay the loan at the end of the term. Acceptable exit routes include:

Credit History

We take a pragmatic, case-by-case approach to credit history. Adverse credit is generally accepted provided there is a reasonable explanation and the underlying deal fundamentals are sound. Discharged bankruptcies and IVAs are considered on their merits. We focus on the asset, the exit, and the commercial logic — not a credit score.
